We have a selection of vehicles and trained operators to recover your vehicle safely. We also employ trained drivers to drive your car back to the garage when appropriate and if recovery is not required.
A skilled estimator is always on hand to estimate the damage sustained, re-assure you and help you with your claim form and advise you about the repair process. Our aim is to take the stress out of having an accident as much as is possible.

All the parts are ordered and tracked down electronically. Each repaired vehicle has its own clean storage area to take good care of your belongings and removed parts. Parts system is integrated with management and estimating systems.
Every vehicle has its own unique barcode so that the repair process is tracked constantly and the information is available at any PC in both garages. It is updated every 60 seconds. This provides highly accurate labour control and traceability.
You need the assurance that your cars steering geometry is back to manufacturers tolerances. This will ensure your safety with regard to road holding, braking, cornering etc... not forgetting tyre wear! We have invested in the latest state of the art infrared technology for your safety and piece of mind.

It is here that your panel damage is repaired or replaced using inverter welders which are specifically designed to deal with high tensile steel used on modern vehicles. Also several body alignment systems are available for heavy repairers and SMART repair facility for the smaller repairs.
Here we can see a contrast of repair equipment. The very modern miracle pull of today, designed to repair panels that would normally need to be replaced, and the 100+ year old miracle machine of its day, deigned to assist in the manufature of a new panel.
Once we have determined the colour we can mix the paint using computer based paint mixing smart scales. We only use environmentally approved paint and coatings and have chosen to be regulated by the local authorities.
Paint is applied to your car in controlled conditions with specified application temperatures, and then the paint is baked on for a factory finish in a clean dust free sealed environment.
Every vehicle is cleaned after repair to remove all repair residues and leave you ready for the road with your car back to its pre-accident condition.
After every repair a senior member of staff will check off your car using the defined checklists and criteria to ensure the repairs and cleaning meet our and your expectations.
